I have been practicing massage for 8 years and qualified as a sports massage practitioner 5 years ago.

I am secretary and member of Wantage Tritons Triathlon Club, competing occasionally for fun. I also enjoy rambling and mountain climbing when I have the opportunity. I am therefore very aware of how injuries and niggles arise from personal experience. I love keeping fit and healthy, and enjoy the outdoors. I want other people to be able to do the same.

Chantal has recently qualified as a swimming instructor and teaches adults how to swim correctly.
