Jo gained a BSc in psychology from Newcastle University in 1994. After working in this field for some time she wanted to change direction and so studied for 4 years at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone.

Jo graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2001. Jo then worked in Lincolnshire for a year before going to New Zealand where she worked as an Osteopath for almost three years and enjoyed treating lots of babies and children.

Since graduating Jo has undertaken many postgraduate osteopathic courses mainly in Cranial Osteopathy. Jo is especially interested in paediatric and obstetric Osteopathy.

Ghislaine Gautreau asked Jo to take over her patients at the Summertown Clinic when she left in may 2005 and Jo has been very happy working in the clinic ever since.
