Maureen Houston

Maureen Houston gave up a successful stockbrocking career to train in the United States as an exercise therapist. She became a certified callanetics teacher, and held the Callanetics franchise in central London for ten years.

A lifelong passion for food and enthusiasm for fitness and health led to a further development in Maureen's career path.

She studied health science and nutrition full time for three years at the University of Westminster, gaining an honours degree in nutritional therapy. She attends monthly lectures and seminars in all aspects of nutrition, to keep abreast of constantly changing opinions and discoveries in this field. Maureen is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Royal Institute of Public Health.
