Before studying nutrition Sarah trained as a solicitor and worked in this field for 5 years, she then moved into teaching.

Sarah studied Nutrition at The College of Natural Nutrition undertaking the intensive course and then the practitioners advanced course.

She maintains contact with the College and attends courses on various nutritional topics.
