What Happens During Hypnosis?

On your first visit (the consultation), Sarah explores with you the difficulties you've been experiencing and their possible causes.
She then discusses the objectives in working together, suggests various courses of action and advises how many sessions are necessary.

The consultation and succeeding sessions last an hour each time and have the same charge.
