Join our successful team!
Summertown Clinic is a well-established family run clinic that has the patient at the heart of everything we do. With more than 25 practitioners and 8 staff members we’ve grown over the last 40 years and are always on the lookout for individuals who share our values in helping make the clinic a great place to work and come for treatment.
We have a staff structure that includes a Practice Manager, Clinic Administrator, and 6 Receptionists. The Receptionists are effectively the ‘front of house’ for the clinic; answering calls from patients, dealing with enquiries, making patient’s feel welcome, and helping them make subsequent appointments if necessary and take payment. The Practice Managers run the operational side of the clinic and line manage and support the Receptionists.
Practitioners: We have 28 practitioners at the clinic, treating over 350 patients a week and over the years have tried to develop a collaborative and supportive environment. We are very proud of the quality of our therapists and look to try and help support their development.
We are currently looking to recruit a Practice Manager to work 20 hours flexibly across the week. If you are interested in finding out more about this role, please email us with your CV, and we will respond.
